Operating Status, Hours & Payment Options
Richard’s Oil is closely following the recommended CDC Guidelines in an effort to minimize risk to customers and employees
We encourage customers to interact with us safely by calling or communicating electronically during normal business hours (Monday-Friday 7am-4pm & Saturday 7am-12pm)
Customers are welcome to work with our office staff to securely submit payments by phone at (401) 822-1543 or send payments by mail to the address on your delivery ticket
Oil Deliveries
Oil deliveries are running as scheduled within our normal service area
Customers on automatic delivery will continue to receive scheduled deliveries
Emergency & Scheduled Burner Service
If you are scheduled for service work, we will contact you to check on the health of anyone in your home, and to confirm our protocol to ensure everyone’s safety
Our drivers and technicians have been trained to mitigate the risk of performing essential service work, however we do ask customers to respect social distancing guidelines as needed while we are at your home
Internal Protocols
We are also thoroughly sanitizing our office and all service vehicles frequently
We communicate with our employees regularly and remain focused on disease prevention
We require our staff to stay at home if they are not feeling well
How You Can Help
Please notify our office directly prior to any service call that requires a technician to enter your home if someone at your home or property is sick or in poor health for any reason or has been exposed to the coronavirus
